AFFORDABLE DWELLING UNIT PROGRAM
The Modern at Art Place is honored to participate in the District’s Affordable Dwelling Unit Program. We offer one bedroom and two bedroom floor plans at rents affordable to households earning 60% and 80% of the median family income (MFI) per DC’s Housing guidelines. Senior Affordable Dwelling Units are also available for those 62 years of age or older who meet the program’s criteria.
